Most investors can’t fly to Costa Rica every time a listing looks promising. You need someone who has visited the property, met the owners, and gathered the available documentation so you can make an informed decision before committing time and money to travel and professional reviews.
That is my work. I am an International REALTOR® based in Naples, Florida, focused on hospitality and investment properties in Costa Rica. I personally visit the properties I represent, work directly with their owners, and organize the available information and documentation so you can understand the opportunity and identify what still needs to be verified.
